Unworn/unwashed apparel can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. You were provided an ORDER NUMBER via email once you made the original purchase. Please contact ShopRockCityThreads@Gmail.com (Or Use the Form Below) with the order number and reason for the return. We will respond to your email with an Return Authorization number, along with the mailing address to return your item. Once we receive the item and confirm there is no damage to the original product, we will issue the refund. 

If your product is damaged in anyway or there's a manufacturing defect, please contact ShopRockCityThreads@Gmail.com (Or Use the Form Below) to make us aware of the problem. We have many procedures in place to quality check our products before going out. However, if there is something that we missed we will correct the problem right away. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority when it comes to the service we provide. We can't be satisfied unless you the customer is satisfied. 

Any returns we receive because of an un-deliverable address will be refunded immediately. Please keep in mind the amount paid for shipping was spent in the attempt to send you the product and is non-refundable. Please double check your address at check-out. We know you'll love the product once you get it so let’s make sure it gets to you.

To process and exchange you must go through the return process first. Once we receive the product, we will send you the refund. That refund can be used to purchase the exchanged product. We suggest that if you are satisfied with the product but ordered the incorrect size for instance, to start the return process and purchase the correct one simultaneously. Your refund will be issued at the same time as your new product arrives.
